Mi Tierra Foods LLC is a limited liability company registered in Florida, United States (document number L25000433575), based in Naples, Florida. We select, pack and distribute rice and legumes under the Mi Tierra brand.
Use of the site
You may use the site to learn about our products and contact us. You agree not to:
- use it for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
- attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its security or operation, or introduce malicious code;
- copy, bulk-extract or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission;
- impersonate Mi Tierra or anyone else.
Product information
We try to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors or omissions and change without notice. Photos are illustrative and packaging may vary.
Always read the product label before consuming a product: the label information (ingredients, allergens, net weight and best-before date) prevails over the site. Beans are a raw agricultural product: sort and rinse them before cooking. Soaking and cooking times on the site are general references.
Prices, orders and availability
The site does not sell online or show prices. Prices, availability, minimum orders, deliveries and payment methods are agreed directly with us by WhatsApp, phone or email.
An order only exists once we expressly confirm it. We may refuse or limit orders, for example due to lack of stock or errors in information. If we sign a separate commercial agreement, for example for wholesale, that agreement prevails over these terms on the matters it covers.
Intellectual property
The Mi Tierra name and logo, as well as the text, photos, design and other content of the site, belong to Mi Tierra Foods LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Some images come from public-domain image libraries. You may not use our name, logo or content without our written permission, except to share links to the site.
Third-party links and services
The site includes links to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Instagram and TikTok. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices; their own terms govern their use.

Disclaimer of warranties

General provisions
